Our 4 Bandas are 25-45m2 large, artistically designed "cottages" for self-catering. Showers and toilets are shared with the other bandas and campers. Banda residents either cater for themselves
(camping kitchen) or eat in our restaurant.
Banda residents enjoy the following infrastructure:
Our campsite has 5 gravelled sites for vehicles and several areas for tents. All sites have their own 230V power supply and individual light, as well as plenty of shade thanks to our large
trees.
Our camping guests can also enjoy the following conveniences:
The infrastructure is made up of artistically designed showers with toilets, separated for ladies/gents. The shower/toilet rooms have 230V power supply, motion detectors for light at night as
well as shelves, coat hooks and shower curtains. Our washrooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly !
Unique in Kenya: Clean, KEBS tested drinking water flows from our taps and is pumped from a depth of 130m from our well. It is tested for bacteria as well as for minerals/PH and tastes
simply delicious! We offer our drinking water free of charge for our guests - refill your vehicle or bottles before you leave !
A barbecue area with tables/chairs under the shady mango tree is available for all campers. There is a separate area for washing dishes and clothes.
Your vehicle needs service or a repair ? No problem, we have a well equipped workshop and even a well trained mechanic who used to work for Toyota Kenya in Nairobi. Are you a mechanic yourself ?
Then you can use our workshop, tools and machines for a fair fee half day or by the day.
Need a milk or a cold beer ? You can buy "Basics" from us, for shopping we will take you with us on our weekly shoppingtour to Diani so that you don't have to move your car. On request our guests
can also buy fish or meat, vegetables are within walking distance in the village or depending on the season in our organic permaculture plantation.
If we go to the beach (mostly on weekends) we will gladly give you a lift for free or organize a shuttle by tuk-tuk, piki-piki or taxi.
